Manchester Street Park is one of Lawrence' newest parks. Manchester Street Park is a 5-acre park situated in the northwest corner of the city, at 77 Manchester street. The park borders Stevens Pond at the beginning of the Spicket River. A joint project with Groundwork Lawrence, the park offers great new green space and serves as a spectacular anchor for the
Spicket River Greenway. Manchester Street Park is a beautiful facility with something for everyone in the family, from a playground for the little kids, to a riverside walk for the adults. There are picnic tables, and plenty of parking, so bring the whole family!
