Frank W. Rowell Park is named for First Lieutenant Frank W. Rowell of the 6th United States Cavalry; Lieutenant Rowell served his country with honor during the First World War. Located between Aurburn Street and Cedar Street next to Central Catholic High School, Rowell Park offers a pleasant green space in a very urban setting. Benches and a flower garden give park goers a refreshing break from the day.
