O'Neill Park, located on Lawrence Street, next to the main library, is dedicated to the memory of Private First Class Evan O'Neill of the United States Army, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in September of 2003. O'Neill Park contains a number of fields, and is used by several baseball and softball leagues for both day and night games.
