Noel Rodriquez, age 33, of Lawrence was arrested by Lawrence Police and charged with armed robbery while masked for last Wednesday’s robbery of the Eastern Bank on Essex St. Immediately following the incident Lawrence Police Detectives began to view video from the recently installed City Camera System. Through the viewing of the video, the suspect’s identity was established and an arrest warrant was issued. He was arrested Friday by Lawrence Police without incident.
