United States Attorney Andrew E. Lelling honored Lawrence Police Detective Robert Lefebre in the category of Outstanding Collaborative Investigation at the 2019 Law Enforcement Public Service Awards.  Case teams receiving recognition in this category are limited to those who have demonstrated outstanding efforts or overcome significant challenges, in collaboration with multiple agencies.  Detective Lefebre is a Lawrence Police Detective who the Department has committed full time to be part of DEA Task Force.

Chief Roy Vasque joined U.S Attorney Lelling at the awards ceremony in Boston to congratulate Detective Lefebre on his accomplishment.

“These awards are given to a limited number of recipients to recognize their extraordinary commitment to justice and public safety.  There are always demands on our time, but this event ensures that we pause and acknowledge the hard work and dedication of public safety professionals.” - United States Attorney Andrew E. Lelling
