LAWRENCE
Lawrence Police Detective Dave Moynihan, assigned to a DEA
task force, assisted members of the US Marshall Service, along with members the
Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section with the
arrest of a Lawrence man. The individual was wanted on a drug related parole
violation out of New York City.
Xavier J. Nina Burgos, age 37, of
Lawrence was arraigned in Lawrence District Court charged with being a fugitive
from justice. He was ordered held without bail pending an extradition
hearing.
As always, we will continue to work in collaboration with
our Federal and State partners to bring dangerous individuals such as
