NOTICE OF RECOUNT
LAWRENCE CITY COUNCIL, DISTRICT B
City of Lawrence, MA
The Board of Registrars for the City of Lawrence scheduled a recount of the ballots relating to the Election for Lawrence City Council, District B. This recount was called after the filing and the certification of a Petition for Recount. This process will entail the hand counting of the ballots as submitted by the voters of District B. Each Candidate has received notice of this Recount and is permitted to appoint up to four (4) agents to participate in this process. The general public may witness but cannot participate in the recount.
This Recount will begin promptly at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 16, 2023 in the City Council Chambers, at Lawrence City Hall, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, Massachusetts and will continue until all votes are counted.
