Work under this contract requires a contractor to provide labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the HVAC upgrades and air conditioning installation including associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.

Pre-Bid Site Visit
A pre-bid site visit shall take place on September 13, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the Alexander B. Bruce School located at 135 Butler Street.

Filed Sub-Bids
Electrical Filed Sub Bids are due on September 26, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. and shall be submitted to the location listed in the bid documents.
